Academics and Boarding

TASIS’s academic program and approach has meant many of their students have gained admissions to some of the most competitive universities and colleges around the world. Small class sizes of around 13 pupils combined with a holistic program, provides a rich and varied curriculum that encourages students to find their own voice.
English is the primary language of instruction, however all students are required to study at least one modern language in addition to their native tongue. This is in preparation for the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) which is offered alongside the Advanced Placement courses (AP) to High schools students.
Physical fitness is another key aspect of the curriculum and TASIS sports teams compete in different competitions across Europe. During the winter months activities may varies from skiing to exploring regions of Zermatt, Gstaad and Crans-Montana
Boarders are welcomed to the school from Grade 6 and typically students share dorms with around 2-4 other pupils. TASIS ensures students live and grow in a peaceful, safe, respectful environment.
